We offer Domestic shipping through UPS Ground. Should you need any assistance with expedited or international shipping, please contact us at orders@rsvpbyanastasia.com

Please note we are not liable for additional delivery costs caused by failed deliveries. Make sure you provide correct delivery details, as in the event we are unable to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete or if the delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the order for a resend. Once dispatched we are unable to amend any delivery details.

Local Delivery

Delivery fees are:

$25 for Bergen County

$45 for Hudson County

$75 for Manhattan

Deliveries are usually made between 9am – 6pm. In the event the flowers arrive later than requested, or not on the specified date we will refund the delivery charge as per our 100% Satisfaction Policy. Should you require your delivery before a specific time, please indicate this when placing your order.

Delivery days are 7 days a week excluding bank holidays. Any orders made for delivery on a bank holiday may be delivered the next working day unless otherwise stated.

If we are unable to deliver the flowers to the recipient, the driver will leave a message card with details to reschedule delivery.

Additional Delivery Information

In order for our team to successfully deliver your order to a recipient in a hospital, university, apartment complex or multi-business corporate buildings, please specify as much location detail as possible.

Hospital Deliveries –The patient’s confirmed room number, department and building if applicable. If it’s for an employee of a hospital, please include their department and building

University – Confirmed room number and building

Apartment Complex – Unit Number

Multi-Business Corporate Building – Business Name and suite number
